VPN with PPPD over SSH

A Makefile that installs a VPN as described in The VPN HOWTO by Arpad Magosanyi <mag@bunuel.tii.matav.hu>.
Here a SSH (secure shell) connection is used as device for pppd (point-to-point protocol deamon). So you get a new interface that you can use like any other interface, except that this interface brings up a secured connection/tunnel.
